They are seeking an Investment Lead for Start Fund, which allows individuals to quickly establish and manage their own VC fund with comprehensive support from Decile Group.

Responsibilities
Source and close limited partners for your fund
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities
Prepare deal memos and submit investments for review via Decile Hub
Track portfolio progress and manage LP communications
Collaborate with an investment committee for final investment decisions
Leverage Decile Group’s SaaS platform for fund administration, reporting, and compliance
Launch additional funds or transition to a traditional fund structure as your track record grows
Qualification
Required
Driven professional with a vision for the future of venture capital
Ability to source and close limited partners for the fund
Experience in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities
Capability to prepare deal memos and submit investments for review
Skills to track portfolio progress and manage LP communications
Experience collaborating with an investment committee for final investment decisions
Ability to leverage SaaS platforms for fund administration, reporting, and compliance
Willingness to launch additional funds or transition to a traditional fund structure as track record grows
