Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Leads to deliver results and uphold Estée Lauder’s culture of inclusive leadership
Identify talent needs, recruit, and develop team capabilities; support succession planning and career development
Foster collaboration across functions and drive an inclusive, growth-minded culture
Define account-level strategies that align with brand objectives to drive growth, market share, and profitability
Oversee execution of 360° retail strategies, including assortment, merchandising, promotions, and localization needs
Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to build omnichannel campaigns, calendars, and activations
Drive integration of brick & mortar and retailer.com to ensure a cohesive omnichannel experience
Serve as the primary liaison with key retail partners to drive brand growth and negotiate strategic initiatives
Leverage strong retailer relationships to unlock incremental opportunities
Support Account Leads in negotiations; step in for the GM when needed
Own key P&L metrics, including net/retail sales, demo, co-op, GWP, and investments; manage to monthly targets
Lead the LE process: develop shipment forecasts, review sales trends, and identify risks/opportunities
Conduct seasonal P&L reviews with Finance to ensure optimal productivity and profitability across doors

Required

Bachelor's degree required
12+ years of experience in prestige beauty/fragrance, sales, retail, or department store management
Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in managing financials (e.g., P&L, ROI)
Proven leadership in building and motivating high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of omnichannel strategy and retailer dynamics
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%
