Qualification
Required
Completion of a master's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field required
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Oncology Services or hospital operations
Excellent understanding of healthcare delivery models, service line development, and operational workflows
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives
Analytical ability to interpret data, solve complex problems, and support performance improvement efforts
Preferred
RN license preferred
Certification in Oncology, healthcare management, or project management a plus (e.g. OCN, FACHE, PMP)
