Responsibilities

SaaS Administration: Act as the primary administrator for all SaaS applications. This includes managing user accounts, configuring security settings, and ensuring seamless integration between platforms and the database
SaaS Configuration & Customization: Set up and customize SaaS applications, including HubSpot, to align with business processes and workflows for the team
User Support & Help Desk: Provide first-line support for all employee technology issues, from hardware problems to software questions
IT Infrastructure: Maintain and monitor our network, devices, website, and other hardware and coordinate with engineers on core infrastructure
Security & Compliance: Enforce security policies, conduct regular access reviews, and assist in creating and maintaining IT documentation and disaster recovery plans
Asset & Vendor Management: Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets (hardware and software) and serve as a contact for our technology vendors and service providers, as well as maintain budgets and negotiate pricing
Roadmap and Product Management: Develop, maintain, and update company product requirements, including opportunities and gaps, by partnering with business teams and leadership
Current Stack: Our current Saas infrastructure includes G-Suite, Okta, Hubspot, Slack, Notion, Monday.com, Freshdesk, BI tool, Webflow, and Typeform

Required

Proven experience in an IT support or operations role, with a strong emphasis on SaaS administration
Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to solve technical problems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for helping employees of varying technical backgrounds
Strong team and customer service orientation alongside product vision, execution planning, and skills

Preferred

Direct experience with G-Suite (Google Workspace), Slack, and Okta is highly preferred
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM for sales and marketing is a significant plus
