Responsibilities

Delivering the best online user experience

Creating wireframes and prototypes

Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Research, discovery, and usability testing

Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Building interfaces using HTML5 / CSS3

Modifying existing Angular apps

Providing recommendations and evaluations for new designs and architecture

Staying current on new technologies and best practices

Working in technologies in which you are unfamiliar and learning it as you go

Passion for the work they do

5+ years of UI/UX design experience

Experience creating Wireframes and Prototypes

A portfolio that demonstrates a range and depth of skill designing beautiful and effective software experiences

Current knowledge of latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Experience with various design tools like Adobe XD, Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc..), Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps

HTML5 and CSS3 skills with the ability to translate designs to developers

Ability to solve complex problems without assistance

A personality and work style that fits with an agile mindset and culture

Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, the role is remote but an occasional visit to the office may be requested

Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship)
