Entry, Mid LevelBuchart Horn, Inc. is seeking a motivated Water Resources Engineer to support the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely and meet quality standards, while also contributing to public health and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities
Assist with or manage the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality oversight (level of responsibility based on experience)
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports
Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and design evaluations
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders throughout project phases
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical challenges, and provide recommendations
Support proposal development and contribute to pursuit strategies as needed
Stay current on water and wastewater regulations, design technologies, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
