They are seeking a Head of Storytelling to own and evolve the company's narrative across various media channels, translating technical ideas into compelling stories for engineers.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve Resolve AI’s narrative across AI, production engineering, reliability, and the future of software for new media channels, translating deep technical ideas into stories engineers want to read, listen to, share, and debate
Build and operate Resolve AI’s New Media engine across LinkedIn, X, podcasts, and emerging platforms (e.g. Reddit, Substack), creating a repeatable system for shipping high-signal content at speed
Scale our podcast strategy, shaping its concept, voice, and format, and using it as a narrative spine that fuels clips, essays, social moments, and long-tail discovery
Win the timeline by spotting cultural moments, industry shifts, memes, and debates early — and injecting Resolve AI into the conversation with taste, confidence, and a point of view
Experiment relentlessly with formats and distribution, piloting new ideas (short-form video, podcast clips, carousels, essays, memes, data stories) and turning what works into durable playbooks
Partner deeply with founders, product, recruiting, sales, and engineering to surface the company’s most compelling stories from launches and customer wins to internal thinking worth sharing
Use AI as a force multiplier for storytelling, designing workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, clipping, and remixing content without sacrificing quality or voice
Drive real outcomes by connecting storytelling to hiring pull, pipeline influence, community growth, and long-term brand gravity not vanity metrics alone
Qualification
Required
A proven track record of building high-impact, culturally relevant content for technical or B2B audiences
Experience owning or meaningfully shaping podcasts or long-form audio/video formats (from concept to distribution)
Deep fluency in AI, software engineering culture, and internet-native media: you know what engineers are talking about before it hits the mainstream
Strong editorial judgment: you know when something should be a meme, a chart, a thread, or a 45-minute conversation
A builder's mindset: energized by starting scrappy, iterating fast, and creating leverage from nothing
Comfort operating both strategically and hands-on: you can set direction and ship
Experience using (and experimenting with) AI-powered creative workflows
Exceptional written voice, sharp instincts, and a point of view
Preferred
Bonus: experience working closely with founders or exec teams to shape external narrative
