Responsibilities

Plan and design large scale infrastructure, land development and athletic field projects

Oversee and guide projects from initial concept through construction closeout

Mentor and lead project team and direct reports

Perform and review detailed hydraulic calculations

Produce effective and high-quality project documents (including reports, drawings, and specifications)

Provide bidding and construction administration services

Assist in the preparation of project proposals

Communicate directly with and maintain client relationships

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeProfessional Engineer LicenseHydraulic CalculationsAutoDesk ProficiencyClient Relationship ManagementEffective CommunicationProject Management

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering

5+- years' experience

Registered as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain license within 1-yr

Track record of developing good working relationships with municipal, industrial, and/or institutional clients

Effective communication skills using oral, graphic and written forms

Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Ability to travel to project sites and work remotely as needed

Ability to manage workload and budgets as allocated

Preferred

Familiarity with AutoDesk products and hydraulic/process modeling software
