Founding Account Executive (Recruiters)
Paraform is a recruiting platform for elite recruiters helping companies fill their most critical roles faster. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will be responsible for acquiring recruiters, building systems for growth, and shaping the supply engine of the marketplace.

Responsibilities
Own recruiter acquisition end-to-end — source, pitch, close, and expand
Qualify for fit — identify which agencies belong on Paraform and who we should pass on
Build and refine outbound systems to grow pipeline
Account map and deepen high-potential partners over time
Help recruiters navigate onboarding, contracting, and early success
Implement structure and process that saves time and improves conversion
Be part of shaping how supply grows and scales at a category-defining marketplace
Qualification
Required
2 – 8 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development at a fast-moving startup
Experience selling to services businesses (recruiting, staffing, consulting, etc.)
Significant outbound prospecting experience — you know how to build your own book
Track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, quota-crusher, or top 10% performer
Strong interpersonal skills — you're great at relationship-selling and know how to grow accounts
Preferred
Bonus: exposure to recruiting or marketplaces
