Responsibilities
Craft and execute well-rounded content strategies that resonate with our business goals
Follow product positioning and core value propulsion to create messages that resonate with target audiences
Identify content pillars, such as what is, in-depth how to, new features, promotional, educational FAQ, inspirational and entertaining, to drive engagement and conversions
Take full ownership of all content by creating and updating it as needed
Join our marketing team as the go-to product expert where you can clearly articulate the sensesation of moonwalking as well as how it works in layman's terms
Strategize incentives for gathering user generated content
Manage and produce on your own the creation of captivating written, graphic, and video content
Maintain and safeguard the quality and consistency of content across multiple channels
Oversee the distribution of engaging content across various channels, such as websites, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit), and email newsletters
Own the launch assets of new products by driving with external brands and production agencies to produce high-quality, precisely crafted 3D renderings, lifestyle videos, photos, and compelling stories
Develop optimal strategies for effectively presenting product or technical features
Develop a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
Develop new web pages, write regular blog posts, and create a comprehensive knowledge base to enhance bottom-of-funnel conversion rates and achieve dominance in organic search keywords
Keep the website experience updated with the latest brand equity and content by collaborating with web designers and developers to implement modifications in layout, messaging, and copy
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics
Provide insights and recommendations to refine or pivot content strategies
Track ROI and adjust strategies to maximize business impact
Overseas a team of external content creators/agency, including writers, editors, and producers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development
Engage community (Reddit, Discord) discussion and drive engagement
Gather and synthesize community insights to inform product development and feature improvements
Document and report user experiences, challenges, and feature requests
Collaborate with the product team to refine the user experience based on community feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong background in technology and mobility products is a must
5+ years of experience in content strategy and development, preferably in the technology or consumer goods sector
Proven experience managing, mentoring, and leading a content creation team
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types and campaigns
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization
Expertise in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
