Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations across multiple locations

Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations

Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures

Collaborate with clinical staff to promote best practices

Support mentorship and development programs for therapists

Manage performance and provide feedback to clinical teams

Foster a positive workplace culture and team environment

Analyze clinical data to drive improvements in patient care

Required

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut

Must reside in or near the Connecticut/NYC Boroughs region

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive collaborative relationships across all levels

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Must be able to analyze data, define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Must be able to communicate well with physicians, patients, co-workers and the public

Must be CPR and/or AED qualified
