The University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Dentistry is seeking a faculty member for a tenure-eligible Assistant or Associate Professor or ranked non-tenure-track Assistant or Associate Clinical Professor in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. The role involves administration of the pre-doctoral orthodontic education program, providing instruction for dental students and orthodontic residents, and engaging in research.

Responsibilities
Administration of the pre-doctoral orthodontic education program
Provision of instruction for pre-doctoral dental students and orthodontic residents in the classroom, laboratory, and clinic
Qualification
Required
Certificate from a CODA-accredited Advanced Education Residency Program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics or equivalent
DDS/DMD or equivalent with eligibility for Missouri Dental Faculty licensure
Commitment to teaching and service
Active research schema and demonstrated success or potential for success in obtaining external funding as a Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator
Prior experience or demonstrated ability to teach didactic and clinical courses in an advanced dental education program
Evidence of service to and/or participation in organizations which work to advance dental education and research
