Responsibilities

Lead a talented, motivated and high-performing Signals and Targeting PMM team. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team
Develop strong C-level relationships and use market insights to inform client strategies to help clients grow their business and support our strategic priorities
Have a comprehensive understanding of advertising landscape - bonus points for direct Targeting or Signal product experience - and drive thought leadership internally and externally inclusive of past, present and future state perspective/changes
Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined team strategy that will accelerate the growth and adoption of TikTok's ad products
Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy
Work towards bi-monthly OKRs such as revenue growth, new technology solutions, solution adoption and driving innovation
Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert

Qualification

Required

Many years of experience in product marketing management, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience with at least 4+ years of people management experience
Experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising is a must
Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and marketing frameworks
Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across organizations
Track record of developing and leading high-performance, nimble and exceptionally rigorous teams
Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities

Preferred

MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
