Responsibilities
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, recruiting sourcing tools, etc
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants relevant skills, knowledge, and organizational fit
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated with the organization
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate degree in human resources, business and/or a related discipline is required
2+ years recruiting experience
Prior experience successfully sourcing high quality candidates within a construction and engineering organization
Ability to operate in a fast-Pace environment / the candidate is 'switched on'
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Strong analytical thinker; comfortable working with data/Excel
Strategic thinker - and a hands-on 'do-er'
Able to work with ambiguity and change
Be able and willing to solve challenges through innovation; able to work with minimal direction and supervision; proactive, not reactive
Experience with HR systems and tools such as an ATS and HRIS
