Capix is an AI search engine for private capital that helps finance professionals search across millions of companies. They are seeking a Social Media & Growth Intern who will be responsible for creating and managing live campaigns, analyzing metrics, and building community engagement.

Responsibilities
Creator-operator mindset. You love turning ideas into live campaigns—drafting copy, designing the asset, hitting “post,” and immediately watching the numbers roll in
Move fast, learn faster. You iterate in hours, not weeks, and treat every post, email, or experiment as a data point to refine the next one
Analytical to the core. CTR, CAC, follower LTV, cohort retention—you know (or want to learn) the metrics that matter and can pull insights from Sheets, GA4, or a quick SQL query
Design-literate. Basic Figma/Canva chops mean you don’t wait on a designer; you can lay out a carousel, social card, or lightweight motion graphic yourself
Community builder. You’re comfortable jumping into comments, Discord/Slack groups, and DMs—amplifying advocates, answering questions, and funneling product feedback back to the team
Owner mentality. If you see a growth opportunity—new channel, influencer partnership, email drip—you scope it, ship it, and report the results without waiting to be asked
Curious and coachable. You proactively seek feedback, challenge assumptions with first-principles thinking, and level-up quickly in unfamiliar territory
Clear communicator. Whether drafting a one-liner hook, writing a long-form blog, or presenting experiment results, your writing is crisp and your reasoning is tight
