They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the deployment process for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless implementation and coordination between clients and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Own deployment success – Serve as the product owner for customer onboarding, coordinating across stakeholders and ensuring a smooth rollout in every region
Manage customer relationships – Act as the trusted product and technical advisor for client IT and travel teams, building confidence and providing regular updates
Translate needs into action – Turn customer requirements into clear product specs, tickets, and release plans so engineers have the detail they need to execute
Lead implementation projects – Oversee the setup of GDS connectors, travel policies, approval flows, and integrations with HRIS and expense systems
Support launches & troubleshoot – Help debug deployment blockers, prioritize fixes, and ensure a seamless hand-off to post-launch support
Communicate clearly – Run workshops, demos, and QBRs with customer stakeholders, and keep internal product and leadership teams in the loop
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in product management, solution engineering, or implementation consulting at a B2B SaaS or travel-tech company
Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into structured product plans and roadmaps
Comfortable collaborating with engineers, executives, and external stakeholders
Technical fluency—ability to read Python, write basic SQL, and navigate technical discussions with ease
Energized by problem-solving, customer relationships, and building new systems from scratch
Preferred
Experience managing or mentoring an implementation or product team
Familiarity with corporate travel tools, GDSs, TMC workflows, or expense platforms
Experience building or managing Slack/Teams apps
Background in backend or infrastructure engineering (Python, Django, AWS, etc.)
