Capital One is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Principal Process Manager for their HR Data Management & Governance team. In this role, you will own process documentation, implementation, and improvements for Data Management Control Suite processes, ensuring compliance with IDM policies and performing light analysis using Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Weekly implementation of control processes

Documentation of Control processes as needed for Control Suite status (to include creation of new processes in FUSE)

Partner with our HR Experience teams to complete needed control activities

Respond to 2nd-line’s Data Effective Challenges, where applicable to Data Governance

Light monitoring of Data Provisioning Agreements as well as High Priority Usage activities

Quarterly audit control of our Control Suite to ensure alignment with new Control Suite Guidance from EDRM

Support Data Audit and MRA remediation, when applicable

Partner with EDRM & Risk as well as various 1st and 2nd-line Oversight Teams to support joint-initiatives and projects

Assist with updates to presentations for Leadership, when needed

Serve as DM advisor for our Performing Data Stewards and AEs should they have questions related to Data Management, incidents/ defect identification, or data management policy related questions
