Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil site development projects from initiation to completion

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Mentor, train, and develop engineering team members

Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple geographic markets

Oversee project profitability through effective resource allocation and delegation

Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

5–30 years of experience in civil site development project management

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Ability to work across multiple geographic markets (Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and beyond)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
