Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and use of AI/ML models to process and analyze blockchain data, ensuring high performance and scalability
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI/ML models into Nansen's platform, enhancing its analytical capabilities and improving user experience
Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML and blockchain technologies, applying innovative approaches to solve complex challenges
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI/ML development across the team
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI/ML projects
Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python
Familiarity with modern AI models, APIs, and SDKs (e.g. OpenAI, LLMs)
An ability to work full-stack with data; some data engineering experience is a big plus
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large, complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment across multiple time zones
A passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies
