Responsibilities
Support Payroll and Union Benefits day-to-day operations to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance and timely reporting capabilities
Perform transactional data entry into systems and review contracts identifying union benefits due
Accurately process and record company payroll with increasing complexity
Provide timely and accurate information
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality to process sensitive information
Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
Preferred
Associate's degree in related field preferred
Accounting experience (desired)
Prior union exposure (desired)
