They are seeking an exceptional Sr. Visual UX Designer to lead design efforts and enhance digital experiences by connecting emotionally with customers.

Responsibilities
You will be hands on, working alongside a talented team of like-minded visual designers, and have a strong understanding of visual systems and best practices, including layout, color palette, typography, iconography and illustrations
You are at ease visualizing an experience in the abstract, building consensus, and then driving that vision into concise design deliverables
As a tastemaker and visual storyteller, you will advocate for design excellence and help create meaningful, emotional connection between customers and our products
Qualification
Required
7+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scale and complexity
Experience with hands on Visual Design
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe CC, and generative AI
Preferred
Experience with UX design of complex workflows
A well-crafted portfolio that demonstrates experience creating innovative visual design solutions
Demonstrates experience crafting design concepts that inform the future vision for a digital product
Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators
Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
Ability to navigate ambiguity to drive the design cycle and multitask in an fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
