Business Development Manager (Chicago)

StraightIn is a rapidly growing Linkedin Marketing Agency with a global presence, seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance their client portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and closing new clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.

Responsibilities

Research and identify new business opportunities
Complete full sales cycles - from lead generation to contract signing, you are with them through every stage!
Cold calling to book yourself new sales meetings
Managing warm leads passed to you
Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Understanding and confidently explaining our products and how they will integrate (or replace) with services they may already be using!

Qualification

360 sales experienceB2B sales experienceMarketing knowledgeCold callingLead generationClient managementAdaptabilityCommunication skills

Required

Minimum of 1 year general sales experience, with at least 6 months closing deals
Proven experience in 360 sales (from lead generation to closing - you should be confident in your abilities at all stages!)
You don't shy away from rejection
Confident speaking to everyone and anyone! Whether you're talking to your teammate or a CEO
Adaptable and dynamic
Driven to work your way up and develop your career

Preferred

Any experience in B2B sales is a huge plus!
Background knowledge in marketing products is a plus
