Qualification
Required
FL Bar license
Minimum 2 years practicing litigation
Strong courtroom and negotiation skills
Comfortable taking command in high-pressure situations
A strategic thinker who can cut through the noise and drive action
Naturally persuasive, confident, and able to inspire trust in clients and colleagues
Comfortable leading, collaborating, and pivoting in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment
