Receiving invoices and preparing payments
Onboarding new suppliers
Reviewing and recording travel reports for employees traveling abroad
Conducting quarterly fixed asset counts and overseeing inventory counts
Assisting with month-end closing: reports, reconciliations
Providing additional support in the finance department as directed by the chief accountant
Qualification
Required
Accounting certification Level 2 or higher - mandatory
At least 3 years of experience in accounting - mandatory
Experience working with suppliers - mandatory
Good level of English, with emphasis on correspondence with overseas suppliers
Experience working with Excel - mandatory
Preferred
Experience in an industrial company - significant advantage
Experience with PRIORITY, SAP software - significant advantage
