Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager (NPDI)

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for integrating manufacturing expertise into the New Product Development process, developing Bills of Process, and acting as a technical liaison between various teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of new products.

Responsibilities
Integrate manufacturing expertise into the New Product Development (NPD) process
Develop new Bills of Process to ensure new products are designed for optimal manufacturability, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and quality
Act as a key technical liaison between product design, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams from early concept through production launch
Drive the enterprise-wide standardization of the Bill of Process (BoP)
Establish a unified framework, data structure, and taxonomy for all manufacturing process documentation
Create robust templates and data governance policies to serve as the 'single source of truth' for how products are built
Support early prototype builds and define manufacturing readiness requirements
Ensure a smooth transition into full-scale production
Qualification
Required
Integrating manufacturing expertise into the New Product Development (NPD) process
Developing new Bills of Process to ensure new products are designed for optimal manufacturability, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and quality
Acting as a key technical liaison between product design, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams from early concept through production launch
Enabling the Discrete Simulation with sequence of events for the process and Virtual Builds
Conducting Design Variation Analysis, Stack up Analysis, and Design for Manufacturability
Driving the enterprise-wide standardization of the Bill of Process (BoP)
Establishing a unified framework, data structure, and taxonomy for all manufacturing process documentation
Creating robust templates and data governance policies to serve as the 'single source of truth' for how products are built
Supporting early prototype builds
Defining manufacturing readiness requirements
Ensuring a smooth transition into full-scale production
