Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on market trends, customer feedback, and operational requirements

Develop comprehensive product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products

Collaborate with local operations to gather insights and conduct usability testing that informs product enhancements

Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven changes to optimize user experience and operational efficiency

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and idea generation

Act as a liaison between the development team and local operations to ensure seamless product implementation

Oversee specific aspects of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and iteration

Support the integration of emerging technologies, such as automation and AI, into existing product lines to enhance functionality

Provide training and support to operational teams to ensure effective product adoption and usage

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

8+ years of experience in technical product management within the fulfillment and warehouse industry

Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Strong communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product success and team performance
