Responsibilities
Driving the technical success and strategic adoption of our software platform within client accounts
Serving as the primary liaison between the clients' technical teams and our internal product, engineering, and support teams
Accountable for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve their research and operational objectives by effectively utilizing our solutions
Providing technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle from initial onboarding and technical training to proactive troubleshooting, issue escalation, and ongoing strategic consultation
Understanding the specific challenges and workflows within the life science industry
Influencing customer retention and identifying opportunities for account growth
Qualification
Required
Mid-level experience in a technical account management role
Strong understanding of software platforms and technical expertise
Experience in client-facing roles
Ability to drive technical success and strategic adoption of software solutions
Experience in onboarding and technical training
Proactive troubleshooting and issue escalation skills
Strong understanding of the life science industry and its specific challenges and workflows
Ability to influence customer retention and identify opportunities for account growth
