Account Executive, Real Estate Lending

Responsibilities
Build and nurture meaningful relationships with investors, brokers, and developers — many of whom return again and again
Understand each borrower’s goals and tailor loan recommendations that make sense for their timeline and vision
Guide clients through the lending process from start to finish, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way
Work closely with our operations and underwriting teams to ensure quick turnarounds and smooth closings
Attend real estate networking events (virtual and in-person) to expand awareness and pipeline
Share client feedback to help us improve — we value your voice as much as our borrowers’
Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date with thoughtful follow-through and transparent communication
Qualification
Required
Have 2+ years of experience in real estate lending, loan origination, or mortgage sales ($1M+ deal sizes preferred)
Understand the needs of active property investors and speak their language
Is a natural relationship builder who thrives on earning trust, not just closing deals
Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism — over the phone, email, or in person
Are proactive, self-driven, and calm under pressure when multiple deals are moving
Are comfortable using tools like Salesforce, loan origination systems, and CRM software
Take pride in follow-through, organization, and delivering a 'wow' client experience
