Collecting, verifying, and organizing all borrower documentation required to submit files to underwriting

Serving as a key liaison between borrowers, originations associates, and capital markets team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and every deal moves swiftly toward closing

Working on a high-volume of transactions across various loan products including fix and flip, bridge, and construction loans

Ensuring speed, attention to detail, and communication to directly impact the company's reputation and repeat business
