Responsibilities

Strictly adheres to best practices in all deliverables

Diligently fulfills all assigned administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including time and expense entries

Contributes to the development of white papers, case studies, conference presentations, and internal presentations

Thoroughly gathers and documents business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and any other project-related deliverables as directed by management

Meets utilization and realization goal targets

Responds promptly to all internal and client inquiries, with a heightened sense of urgency, and escalates issues when necessary

Keeps the project team well-informed regarding the progress of assigned tasks

Consistently produces work of the utmost quality

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study such as business, accounting, finance, technology, economics, or computer sciences
