Principal Fire Control Systems Integration Manager

Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational insight into joint fire control systems, with a focus on space integration and target engagement
Support modeling, simulation, wargaming, and system performance assessments to evaluate fire control architectures and mission effectiveness
Contribute to the development and integration of space-based systems for detecting, tracking, and engaging advanced missile threats
Evaluate fire control system capabilities and interoperability with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) frameworks
Analyze mission data and system performance to support mission protection and operational assessments
Recommend solutions to resolve technical anomalies and improve system performance
Conduct and evaluate impact analyses, audits, compliance inspections, and readiness reviews
Monitor program schedules, acquisition implementation, and report requirement shortfalls and risks
Correlate execution data with program baselines to maintain accurate and up-to-date acquisition reports
Advise program leadership during technical engagements, such as design reviews, working groups, and technical interchange meetings
Support integrated product teams and maintain situational awareness across related programs and technologies
Provide technical expertise across all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, including advanced concept development and integration
Assist with the development, review, and presentation of JCIDS and acquisition documentation in alignment with DoD standards
Deliver SME-level technical and programmatic status reports as required
Identify opportunities for acquisition and process improvement and develop detailed technical risk mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Physics, National Security, Intelligence, or related discipline)
12+ years of progressively responsible experience in space operations, intelligence, or related technical domains
20+ years of total experience within the Department of Defense, with a strong background in space and intelligence operations
Deep expertise in joint intelligence operations, space control methodologies, and associated networks
Advanced technical knowledge of space systems architecture, space operations, and command and control (C2) systems
In-depth understanding of targeting, fire delivery architectures, and cross-domain integration, including space and cyber domains
Proven experience integrating diverse fire delivery platforms into joint and combined operations
