Responsibilities
Play a major role in building products leveraging the latest innovations around LLMs and agentic systems
Work closely with teams across ASAPP, including Product, Research and Platform / Infrastructure
Keep up with and apply the latest innovations from the NLP / Speech community that could impact our product
Qualification
Required
Strong architectural skills, with proven experience designing complex software systems
Strong engineering skills, with at least an intermediate level skill in Python
Demonstrated ability in leading technical teams
Experience implementing technical solutions, tackling tough engineering problems to help build our products
Experience building and deploying production ML models to solve real-world problems
Experience bringing cutting-edge innovation to production
A Master's Degree in a field of science, technology, engineering or math, or equivalent hands-on experience
Desire to learn new things, work closely with peers from different teams, and open to teach and learn from others
Preferred
A Masters degree in CS and / or at least 15 years of experience building scalable enterprise software
Experience building AI products for the enterprise market
A publication record in NLP
