Responsibilities
Receives, processes and fulfills marketing requests from Operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests for marketing materials related to promotions, POS/pricing, menu updates and related projects
Supports community marketing efforts, including event coordination, outreach, and fundraising programming via the Community Igniter platform
Processes invoices and assists in expense reconciliation for multi-brand marketing activities
Maintains accurate, brand-aligned digital profiles for all locations in partnership with agency partners
Keeps marketing asset libraries organized, up-to-date, and accessible for internal and external stakeholders
Monitors and responds to guest reviews in coordination with Operations to ensure brand consistency
Contributes to special projects and provides support for key initiatives as directed by the Director of Multi-Brand Marketing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum three years of relevant work experience
Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings
Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
Preferred
preferably in marketing, hospitality, or related field
preferably in a retail/hospitality marketing function
