Responsibilities

Ensure that your team efficiently ships new features that meet the specifications and standards set by our Product team
Ensure that your team makes sound technical decisions that allow us to sustainably scale our user base and the surface area of our products
Deliver on this mission through both hands-on delivery and project leadership

Qualification

Required

Experience with backend technologies such as Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform hosted on AWS
Experience with frontend technologies such as Next.js with TypeScript and TailwindCSS
Experience with collaboration tools like GitHub, Linear, Slack, and Notion
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Intrinsic motivation and drive to succeed
Effective communication skills to ensure information is shared appropriately
Ability to mentor and empower others
Accountability and prioritization of team success
Trustworthiness and acting in the company's best interests
Curiosity and eagerness to experiment with new tools, particularly in AI
