Responsibilities

Lead and mentor IT audit staff, providing oversight on planning, fieldwork, and reporting
Design and execute risk-based audit plans covering cybersecurity, infrastructure, and related domains
Deliver clear recommendations to strengthen IT controls and mitigate emerging risks
Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity regulations, frameworks, and threats
Partner with technology, compliance, and risk teams to ensure coordinated remediation efforts
Encourage innovation by promoting data analytics, automation, and continuous improvement in audit processes
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including presenting results to leadership and governance committees
Ensure all audit work meets internal and regulatory standards

Required

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of IT audit experience with a focus on cybersecurity and/or infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop audit teams in complex, regulated environments
Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, risk management practices, and frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, and ISO 27001
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred

Advanced degree or professional certification (CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred
Background in financial services, consulting, or Big 4 advisory highly desirable
