Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions

Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications

In-depth knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer)

Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, and Integration Hub)

Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and data privacy best practices

Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms

Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and modern integration strategies

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and ITIL methodologies

Performance optimization experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations
