Responsibilities

Leader for wheel-end product lines in continuously improving the cross-functional development process (concept-to-commercialization)

Establish & track program goals to ensure adequate planning/scheduling of manpower & resources to satisfy identified project execution

Report progress of program goals, communicating risks, opportunities & status of design project against established milestones

Work with commercial, external customers, industry organization (TMC/SAE), operations, and supply teams to gather VOC for new product/process pipeline vision

Talent management of team using tools such as individual development plans, skills matrix, and business evaluation tools
