Assisting in the development of a programmatic agreement with the State Historic Preservation Office
Integration with natural resource management and conservation
Surveying and inventorying historic and archeological resources
Section 106 consultation
Qualification
Required
A B.S. history, archaeology, anthropology, or a related field
Strong professional experience or equivalent specialized training in archeological research, administration, or management
At least some exposure to supervised field and analytic experience in general North American archeology
Ability to analyze data, artifacts, and historical structures
Experience with Global Positioning Systems and ESRI based GIS software a plus
Ability to perform basic statistical analysis of field data and report findings of research through written and oral communication
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Master's degree in history, archaeology, anthropology, or a related field
Previous experience working on military installations
