Responsibilities

Make informed underwriting decisions across a full range of mortgage products

Review applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Evaluate risk in accordance with Federal, State, and investor guidelines

Ensure full regulatory and guideline compliance throughout the loan process

Issue loan approvals, suspensions, or denials clearly and promptly

Maintain high standards for file quality, communication, and efficiency

Collaborate closely with account managers, processors, and senior underwriters

Demonstrate professionalism and a growth mindset in a team-oriented culture
