Responsibilities
Design and implement effective database solutions and data models to support company operations
Evaluate current systems and identify structural improvements to optimize data architecture
Prepare detailed design and architecture reports for management and project stakeholders
Ensure all data solutions align with internal data standards, policies, and governance frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards as a condition of employment
Qualification
Required
7+ years in a Data Architecture role (10+ years in IT preferred)
Proven track record in designing scalable data architectures and solutions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, automation)
Expertise in Power BI for executive and HR reporting
Strong command of Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Deep understanding of database structures, relational systems, and data mining techniques
Experience in IT systems design across various platforms
Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple data streams and synthesize strategic insights
Familiarity with data standards and best practices
Preferred
Experience or understanding of the Energy Industry
