Responsibilities
Answering telephone calls and addressing questions or concerns from prospective or current residents
Providing support to the leasing and property operations team
Assisting with package delivery and other administrative duties for the community
Working with maintenance and external vendors to monitor building cleanliness, visual presentation, and security
Responding to needs accordingly to ensure residents have an exceptional experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, tourism, retail and/or residential property management
Track record of building strong relationships with diverse customers
Innate ability to leverage empathy and compassion to understand a customer's needs
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and solve problems
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
A GED
