Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training program focused on mortgage operations, loan processing, documentation, and industry compliance
Learn to manage a pipeline of mortgage loans from application through closing under supervision
Work closely with experienced account managers to understand workflows, client communication standards, and regulatory requirements
Communicate with internal departments (processing, underwriting, closing) to ensure accurate and timely handling of loan files
Review loan files for completeness and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Develop strong client service skills to assist borrowers and third-party partners with updates and documentation needs
Attend regular check-ins, training sessions, and evaluations to track progress and build knowledge

Required

Prior Mortgage experience within the last 5 years
