Sales Director – Commercial Lending
JBA International is looking for a strategic and high-performing Sales Director with deep experience in the commercial lending industry to spearhead their growth. The role involves driving sales, building strong client relationships, and establishing JazzX AI as a trusted provider of AI solutions to financial institutions involved in commercial real estate and business loans.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting commercial lenders, banks, and non-bank financial institutions
Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers (CROs, Chief Credit Officers, CIOs, etc.) to position JazzX AI’s value proposition
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultative selling to negotiation and deal closure
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure client needs are met
Represent JazzX AI at commercial lending industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and product innovation
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10-15 years of sales leadership, including at least 5-10 years specifically in sales or business development in commercial lending
Strong understanding of commercial loan origination, underwriting, risk management, and credit operations
Experience selling to banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders
Demonstrated success in closing large B2B deals and managing complex sales cycles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Familiarity with SaaS, AI/ML, and digital transformation solutions is highly advantageous
Established network within the commercial lending space is a major plus
