2025 Student Internship - Communications-Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design
NEOGOV is seeking a 2025 Student Intern for their Communications-Marketing team. The intern will perform various communication and public relations tasks, including developing social media content, graphic design, and event coordination.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of communication and public relations tasks, such as, but not limited to, developing social media content, creating and updating District graphic design elements, message creation, developing and implementing project schedules, photography, graphic design, video production, scanning and archiving files, coordinating events, interaction with customers and the general public, and correspondence with partner organizations and agencies
Design and update various print and digital materials, including fact sheets, reports, and newsletters
Messaging Monitor program – create graphics & messaging for internal and external customers
Tracking social media analytics on TID digital marketing efforts
Community Event coordination – preparation, coordination & staffing of TID booth for community events, school presentations, and other after hours and weekend events
Provide event support during TID's Celebration of Water & Power and Customer Academy program
Internal Communications efforts including the HR Seity program, TID Connected, and IT updates
Building out brand assets in Canva
Capture, edit & produce photography and video content
Review, sort, and archive photos and videos
Qualification
Required
Current college student, or enrolled in college for either Summer or Fall of 2025, or graduated college in Spring 2025
At least 18 years old
Preferred
1 year of related experience preferred, but not required
Functional knowledge in some combination of the following: Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, and Canva
