OR Radiologic Technologist - Operating Room

Responsibilities
Perform radiographic imaging in the operating room during intra-operative procedures
Operate specialized imaging equipment such as O-Arm, c-arms and mini c-arms and perform double c-arm cases
Have knowledge of imaging equipment connectivity with intraoperative navigation and robotic devices and troubleshoot device connection with imaging equipment
Collaborate with surgeons and other OR staff to ensure radiology guidance is available and appropriate for specific OR cases
Perform imaging for ERCP/GI exams and cardiac ICU catheter placements as needed
Qualification
Required
Licensed Radiology Technician specializing in Radiology credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
Registered Radiology Technician specializing in Radiology credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
Associates in Radiology: Minimum Degree Required
Minimum of 2 years of completed experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Successful completion of specialized training in OR and Fluoroscopic procedures
