Responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance and accounting team

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions

Monitor and analyze cost structures, particularly in manufacturing operations, to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements

Manage cash flow and liquidity planning

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Maintain and improve internal controls and financial policies

Collaborate with operations, sales, and executive leadership to align financial strategy with business goals

Provide financial insights to support capital projects, expansion, and product launches
