New Grad, Entry LevelRosauers Supermarkets Inc is seeking a dedicated and observant Loss Prevention Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. The role involves preventing theft, monitoring store activity, and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities
Walk around the store as you search for suspicious activity by customers and employees
Identify potential thieves from customers or employees
Approach and question individuals who seem to be acting suspiciously
Apprehend any person who commits theft in compliance with company procedures
Document theft and other violations of security, and what they observed on duty
Record all attempted and successful thefts
Recover stolen products and return these items to the sales floor
Work with law enforcement to detain suspects of shoplifting or dishonest employees
Provide eyewitness accounts at police stations, in court, and at other pertinent meetings
Brainstorm ways to prevent theft and vandalism in and around our store
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be 21+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Extensive knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention strategies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
