Responsibilities
Assisting the culinary faculty in daily kitchen operations and lesson plans
Preparing ingredients and equipment for classes and demonstrations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
Providing support to students during hands-on culinary training and activities
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to faculty as needed
Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
Participating in campus events related to culinary programs
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a student at WSU Tech, required
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take direction from faculty and staff
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
Must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Preferred
Basic knowledge and skills in culinary techniques and food preparation, preferred
Experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is a plus, preferred
