Assist clients at Independent Living Communities
Lead a team of caregivers
Provide care to residents
Manage and supervise caregiving staff
Qualification
Required
Med Techs must have recent experience/ training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or be MORC Certified
High School Graduate or GED
Reliable transportation
Work in a team responsibly and independently
Good communication skills
CPR Certified
Ability to pass a drug screen (this includes marijuana)
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
Management/supervisor experience
