Responsibilities
Labor /budget tracking feedback
Equipment & Subcontractor procurement
Document Control
Design, Trade & Subcontractor coordination
Assist in budget analysis, cost and margin projections, estimate project changes & impacts, etc
Assist in the development and management of project schedules
Assist in estimating the impact of project changes
Assist management of change orders
Assist with assembling of submittal packages and other required project documentation
Assists with procurement of equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other project related services
Support construction team as needed
Qualification
Required
You're pursuing a degree that aligns with Southland needs: Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Safety Sciences, Other areas of interest – Building Automation, Energy Management
You have an Interest in technical courses – fluids, heat transfer, CM scheduling, finance, etc
